We will never sell, share, give away or make available any information about anybody, of any nature, to anyone, period. The only exception would be if we were legally required to do so.

For each visitor to our website, our server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or email address. We collect the email address of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded. We use this information to improve the content of our website, to customize the content and/or layout of our pages for our consumers and to contact consumers for marketing purposes. If you do not want to receive email from us in the future, please let us know by sending an email, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive email from our company.

Our main focus is that we want all of our customers to be happy with their shopping experience and their purchases. However, given that we are not yet a large national or multi-national department store we cannot allow the carte blanche return of items or orders. We know we cannot be all things to all people and we want you to know it as well, so with that being said, here are our policies on returns.
PLEASE READ THEM

·        Damaged or Defective Item(s)

1.        If we are in error (i.e., wrong item or items, product was damaged upon receipt) we will gladly arrange a replacement or we will issue a refund. The final resolution is at our discretion and is solely dictated by product availability. In other words, if the item is still available you will receive a replacement, otherwise we'll issue a refund. Just give us a call within 7 days of receipt and we'll take care of the rest. After 7 days, we consider the sale final.

2.        If the product(s) was obviously damaged during shipping (i.e., a mangled box along with a mangled product) then you must file a claim with the expediter, i.e., UPS, Fed Ex, etc.

·         General Returns

1.       While we stress that you make sure of your color and size selections we do understand that mistakes are made and people unfortunately change their minds. As such we will arrange for a return within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, we consider the sale final.

3.       You MUST call to arrange this and you MUST be issued a Return Authorization Number.

4.        ALL returned items MUST be unused and in their original packaging.

5.        We reserve the right to inspect all returns before final resolution. This isn't something we generally do, but sometimes we have to be as careful as you ... unfortunately.

**If you return anything without a Return Authorization Number and/or to an incorrect return address your account will be charged an additional handling fee of 20% and the additional shipping charges for the item(s) to be sent back to you. Not all items can be sent back to their point of origin nor to our home office.  PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOU RETURN ONE OF OUR PRODUCTS !!!!

• Many products we have a inventory of and will ship the order the next business day after th order is placed, on orders that we have do not have in stock please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. We use UPS Standard Ground Delivery for the contiguous United States. Allow up to 7 to 10 business to recieve yourorder of products we have in stock.
• Be absolutely sure to give a correct address, otherwise, there will be a $5.00 UPS correction fee. Yes, that's correct, UPS assesses this fee. So, please make sure of the information you're about to submit.
• We use a flat rate shipping cost to ship our products, this allows our customers to save on high shipping cost, as our fans are not made of plastic they weigh more. We ship to Alaska and Hawaii as well, but will use Fed-Ex for all customers those states, due to the fact that UPS does not cover Alaska or Hawaii.
